Tracy Gay – Marketing Strategist and Coach
As the President of Strategic Mark Consulting, Tracy Gay is a driven Marketing Strategist and Coach with a strong aspiration for excellence. She is a strategic thinker and an inspirational enthusiast. She is passionate about helping businesses develop the framework to ensure their businesses thrive and are earning sustained profitability throughout their lifetime. She does this by applying their “Business Modeling Methodology” (BMM), secrets which are disclosed in the book Build to Prosper written by colleague, Cameron McConnell. Tracy is also zealous about helping grow businesses by strategically positioning them for increased sales volume.
She has particular expertise in building and sustaining businesses - marketplace/project positioning strategies and messaging, identification/development of values or intellectual properties, and assessment and enhancement of overall marketing operations.
Prior to starting Strategic Mark, Tracy spent the last 24 years helping firms in the design and construction industry strategically positioning them for success and sustainability. Her specialty areas include healthcare, R+D/Manufacturing and academic. She also spent some time working for a long-term healthcare facility (skilled nursing & assisted living) and a therapy (PT/OT/ST) company performing social work and marketing functions.
Tracy earned dual B.A. degrees in Psychology and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition, she is in the process of working towards her Coaching accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.
